主要业绩:
长期从事环境微生物驱动DMSP循环机制及水产养殖动物肠道微生物与宿主互作机制的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(C类),山东省自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目。参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目,国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题,国家自然科学基金面上项目等。在卓越期刊Nature Microbiology、Nature Communications、中科院一区Top期刊Journal of Hazardous Materials和Microbiome和北大中文核心期刊《水产科学》等中外期刊共发表学术论文29篇(SCI论文26篇),第一作者(含共一)论文6篇。以第一发明人授权国家发明专利1项。参与撰写《海洋微生物学》第二版(科学出版社)。获全国海洋科学类专业课程思政教学研讨会优秀案例一等奖。任 Journal of Hazardous Materials、mSystems、Marine Pollution Bulletin、Toxicology、Frontiers in Marine Science、Frontiers in Immunology等期刊审稿专家。
